This will blow your mind!
There are around 14 or so million people, at least in a year that apply for a home mortgage, but only half ever get to a closing.
HALF! That’s 7 million people a year who get turned down for a mortgage loan!
It frustrates me to no end because I KNOW that half of those people can qualify. I believe it’s due to a lack of information, communication, and knowledge of the process.
The problem isn’t all that complicated.. They just don’t know what questions to ask.
Knowledge is Power
That’s why I wrote Mortgage Peace – because 7 million people a year need help.
I want to see that change. I want to see an improvement, and I’m doing my part to change this (and the world) one loan at a time.
That’s why I’m making my book even more accessible by creating an audio version which is coming out soon. But right now, you can get the book on Kindle for just $9.99, so there’s not much preventing you from getting the knowledge for yourself.
In Mortgage Peace: A Proven Formula for a Smooth On-Time Closing, you will learn the necessary tools to obtain the perfect mortgage to meet your financial needs/goals, all while maintaining peace of mind. That means learning what questions to ask, what to expect throughout the process, which documents are needed, and why each step is so important.
It’s a simple, easy read that breaks down the process from start to finish!
Purchasing a home is probably the biggest investment any of us will make in our lives. If you’re going to invest your time and money into a home, why not take the necessary steps ahead of time to insure that your investment was made as intelligently as possible? Knowledge is power!
Take a Step Back
As we’re approaching the holidays and New Year, I’d like to share with you some sound advice:
Take a step back.
Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or refinance, read Mortgage Peace. Check out my blog and if the information helps, pay it forward by sharing with someone who needs it.
Nothing would make me happier than to see that we’ve shifted the percentage of successfully closed loans to 65% next year.
We can make it happen if we work together! Sharing information is caring 🙂
Happy Holidays!
